Shipping Policy

All orders are ship within 2-3 business day unless stated otherwise in the listing.
Orders for the United States will be shipped from the United States, and orders for other regions and countries will be shipped from Hong Kong.
Orders are shipped via UPS with tracking whenever possible, and all orders shipped Priority Mail are insured.
Orders that ship via UPS will also receive tracking and insurance.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging so that they are fit for resale. Please contact us first to obtain return authorization; returns sent without authorization may be refused.

How to start a return
Email sirius2001.us@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the unopened package. We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions. Once received and inspected, we’ll process an exchange or refund to the original payment method.

Fees & shipping

Original shipping is non-refundable.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we cover it.

Non-returnable items
Opened/used DIY kits, personalized/custom items, final-sale items, and gift cards.

Damages / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail include insurance, and we’ll assist with any claim.
